Terms governing the use of GlowUp AI: Face Analyzer (com.glowupai.glowup_ai)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and GlowUp AI ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your download, access, and use of the mobile application GlowUp AI: Face Analyzer.
By downloading or signing into GlowUp AI via Google OAuth, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union) to access or use the application. Authentication is handled exclusively via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
2. Medical & Health Disclaimer
The calculations (e.g. facial symmetry percentage, golden ratio approximation, canthal tilt assessment) do NOT constitute dermatological, surgical, medical, or mental health advice or diagnoses. Results can vary with lighting, camera angle, and facial expression. Never delay or substitute professional medical advice based on in-app reports.
3. Subscriptions & Google Play Billing
A. Weekly Pro Plan: GlowUp AI offers an auto-renewing weekly subscription ("GlowUp AI Pro") providing unlimited deep facial scans, advanced feature metrics, and personalized grooming plans.
B. In-App Billing: All transactions are processed by Google Play In-App Billing. Charges occur at confirmation of purchase and auto-renew every week unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the current billing period end.
C. Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in the Google Play Store app ➡️ Profile Icon ➡️ Payments & Subscriptions ➡️ Subscriptions.
D. Rewarded Ads: Users may also choose to view opt-in rewarded video advertisements (powered by Google AdMob) to unlock scan estimates without purchasing a subscription.
4. User Content & Photograph Guidelines
- You warrant that you own or possess legal consent for any facial photograph you upload.
- You retain full ownership of your photographs. You grant GlowUp AI a temporary license solely to process the image in volatile RAM for scan calculations.
- You must not upload photographs of minors under 13, explicit content, nudity, or unauthorized third-party images.
5. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOWUP AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
