GlowUp AI ("we," "us," or "our") values your personal privacy and is committed to absolute transparency regarding how information is collected, processed, and protected. This Privacy Policy details our data practices across our mobile application and related online services.
By downloading, creating an account via Google Sign-In, or using GlowUp AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
A. Account & Profile Information: When you sign in using Google OAuth 2.0, we collect basic profile details including your Google User ID, display name, email address, and avatar URL. We never collect, store, or have access to your Google account password.
B. Camera & Facial Photographs: With your explicit runtime permission (android.permission.CAMERA / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES), you upload front and side selfie photographs for visual analysis.
C. Numerical Scores & Report History: We store structured numerical metrics (e.g. symmetry scores, golden ratio estimations, canthal tilt degree, skin clarity scores, and personalized tips) tied to your user ID so you can review your history.
D. Technical Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, language preference, and anonymous performance logs to ensure system reliability.
2. Ephemeral In-Memory Photo Processing
- Photographs uploaded for analysis are transmitted via encrypted TLS 1.3 channels.
- Once facial geometry extraction and recommendation generation are completed, image memory is flushed.
- We do not build biometric identification databases, sell facial data, or share images with data brokers.

4. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights
You have full ownership of your data and can request deletion at any time:
- Instant In-App Deletion: In the app, navigate to Profile ➡️ Settings ➡️ Delete Account to permanently wipe all stored history and profile data.
- Web Deletion Request: Visit our Data Deletion Page or email timam3730@gmail.com. Requests are permanently purged from database tables within 48 hours.
5. GDPR & CCPA/CPRA Privacy Rights
Under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California), users hold statutory rights including:
- Right of Access & Portability: Obtain a copy of your stored records.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Permanent destruction of your account data.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
GlowUp AI is strictly designed for users aged 13 and above (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover any minor data has been provided, we purge it immediately.
