Account & Data Deletion Request
Applicable to GlowUp AI: Face Analyzer (Package: com.glowupai.glowup_ai)
In accordance with Google Play Store Developer Policies, GDPR, and CCPA, users have the complete right to request the permanent deletion of their account, authentication credentials, and all historical facial analysis reports.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)
You can delete your account directly inside the GlowUp AI Android application:
- Open the GlowUp AI app.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Settings (Gear Icon) in the top header.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account and scan history will be permanently destroyed immediately.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or do not have access to your Android device, you can submit an automated deletion request via email:
Subject: Account & Data Deletion Request — GlowUp AI
Required Information: The Google Account email address associated with your GlowUp AI profile.
⏱️ Manual web requests are verified and permanently expunged from our Supabase production databases within 48 hours.
What Data is Permanently Destroyed?
- Google Account User ID, Display Name, Email, and Avatar URLs.
- All saved historical facial scan scores, symmetry metrics, and custom grooming tips.
- All user preference flags, onboarded status, and notification tokens.
- (Note: Raw selfie photos are never permanently stored; they are processed ephemerally in RAM during the active scan).
