Refund & Subscription Policy
Applicable to all digital subscriptions and purchases within GlowUp AI (com.glowupai.glowup_ai)
All in-app purchases and subscriptions within GlowUp AI are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing. This policy details how auto-renewals work, how to cancel anytime, and Google Play refund rules.
1. Weekly Auto-Renewing Subscription
GlowUp AI Pro provides weekly access to unlimited facial analyses and detailed feature insights. Subscriptions renew automatically every 7 days unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. To cancel recurring charges:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions ➡️ Subscriptions.
- Select GlowUp AI and tap Cancel Subscription.
✓ After cancellation, you retain full Pro access until your current billing week expires.
3. Google Play Refund Procedure
Refunds for Android in-app purchases are subject to Google Play's standard refund terms:
- Within 48 Hours: You can request a refund directly from Google by visiting Google Play Order History.
- After 48 Hours: For technical billing errors or duplicate charges, please email our support team at timam3730@gmail.com with your Google Play Order Number (GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx).
